Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Arvion Global Limited ("GreenGMC", "we", "us"), UNIT 1618B ,16/F, PIONEER CENTRE, 750 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK HONG KONG. They apply when you use greengmc.net and when you hire us.

By sending a request or paying for a service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If a written quote we send you says something different, the quote wins for that project.

What we do

• Free diagnosis. We review your public store and product feed and tell you what is likely wrong, what it will take to fix and a fixed price. No obligation.
• Merchant Center appeals. We find the causes of a suspension, fix them or tell you exactly what to fix, then file the appeal and follow it through Google's review.
• Merchant Center setup. We prepare your store, policies and product data and set up your account to pass Google's review.
• Website + setup. We build a store on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom code and set up Merchant Center for it.

Google makes the final call

GreenGMC is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Decisions on appeals, reviews and account status are made by Google alone, under policies Google can change at any time.

We do not promise that an appeal will succeed. The only outcome guarantee we give is the one for setup and website packages described in our Refund Policy.

What we need from you

• True and complete information about your business, products and account history.
• User access to Merchant Center and staff access to your store while we work. You stay the owner of everything and can remove our access at any time.
• Products and business practices that Google Shopping allows. We don't help sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, and we don't help get around a ban.
• Timely replies, and a heads-up before you change anything we're working on.

Prices and payment

Every project has a fixed price, confirmed in writing before we start. Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due before work begins. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or payment fees that apply to you.

The price covers the work described in the quote. If you ask for more, we'll quote it separately before doing it.

Guarantees and refunds

Our setup guarantee, appeal terms and cancellation rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Who owns what

Your accounts, store, products, brand and data remain yours.

For websites we build: Everything is yours from day one. The domain, the Shopify store, the theme and all content are set up under your own accounts and paid for by you. We work through a staff account, and you can remove our access anytime.

We may reuse our general know-how, templates and methods on other projects, but never your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, account details and Google correspondence confidential and use them only to deliver your project. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Limits of our liability

We work carefully, but we can't control Google, your platform provider or other third parties. To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for lost sales, profits, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending a project

You can end a project at any time by email; the Refund Policy explains what is refunded. We can end a project if you give us false information, ask us to break Google's policies or the law, or stop responding for 30 days. When a project ends, we remove our access to your accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a dispute comes up, please email us first; most things are sorted out quickly. Anything we can't resolve together goes to the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project.
