GreenGMC (greengmc.net) is operated by Arvion Global Limited, UNIT 1618B ,16/F, PIONEER CENTRE, 750 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK HONG KONG. We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page.
GreenGMC is an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
What we collect
What you send us
When you use one of our forms, we receive what you type in: your name, email address, store URL, the service you need, whether you already have a store, and any message or suspension notice you paste in.
What your browser sends along
With each form submission we also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, campaign tags in the link you arrived by (such as utm parameters, gclid or fbclid), your approximate country and your browser's user agent.
While we work on your account
If you hire us, you give us user access to your Google Merchant Center account and staff access to your store. Through that access we see business information such as product data, store policies, account settings and Google's messages about your account. We never ask for your passwords.
How you use the site
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and campaigns bring people to us. It sets first-party cookies and records pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location, device and browser, and when a form is sent (not what you typed in it). You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
What we don't collect
This website sets no advertising cookies and we do not use analytics data to track you across other sites. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, diagnose your account and send you a quote.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, and to contact you about that work.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing it once you hire us.
- Our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, such as preventing spam and measuring which campaigns work.
- Legal obligations, for example keeping financial records.
International transfers
Our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside Hong Kong. We choose providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
If no work follows your enquiry, we delete it within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the work continues, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
When a project ends, we remove our own access to your Merchant Center account and store. You can also remove it yourself at any time.
How we protect it
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored with access limited to our team. We work through user access that you grant and can revoke, never through shared passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use;
- send your information to you in a portable format.
Email ceo@greengmc.net to make a request. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
